RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase due to any reasons such as allergic reaction or adverse effects, you can easily return the item for exchange, refund or store credit. 

0-30 DAYS
Return for a

Return for a

No restocking fee will be applied to defective products.

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS IN 3 EASY STEPS:

Get RMA#

STEP 3:
Ship it back



1. Get your RMA number. RMA simply stands for Return Merchandise Authorization.

  1. Fill out RMA request via your account or email us at sales@intuitionspasalon.com

  2.  Call us at 604-818-0611

  3.  Call us to know the RMA number.

2. Box it up.

Once your RMA is approved,

  1.  Put the item and everything else it came with back in its original packaging. Make sure it's all there: product, accessories, parts/pieces, manuals, etc.

  2.  Write the RMA number on a slip of paper and put it inside the original packaging as well.

3. Ship it back to us. We'll take care of the rest.
